Santa came in on a Fire Truck. It was a cold night, but we had a nice time. Sam and Courtney were at a football game, so it was just me and Ali.

Sam is toasty!
A dear friend of mine bought Sam a hat/scarf/and gloves to prepare her for the cold at the inauguration; She is very excited about going!
Happy Birthday Sam!
Sam had quite the 17th birthday! Her and eight of her closest friends attended "Glory in the Highest" concert. After, they came back for cake and a sleep over; staying up into the wee hours of the morning playing games and being silly.
I can't believe my first born will soon be an adult! Time sure does fly....
This past year Sam has been involved in about as many school activities she can handle. She is in student council, yearbook, HOSA; just to name a few. She has also applied to become a Junior Counselor, let's wish her luck on that! She has shown true leadership abilities all her life, but has really bloosomed these last couple of years.
She is working hard in areas that will help her receive scholarships. She has been exploring what she wants to do in life, and the options range from Physical Therapy to Teaching; both admirable fields. We continue to be proud of her!!!
